My technical and management experiences include but are not limited to:

• Managing the daily activities of warehouse operations including sufficient and efficient staffing, performance evaluations, disciplinary recommendations, and proper training to ensure a high level of customer service.

• Maintained regional and global logistics programs that included a fleet of over 250 transportation units, ground & air container movement and reconciliation as well as employee development and training for over 1000 employees.

Regional Terminal / Human Resource Manager:

Responsible for the daily operation of 70 plus delivery and pick-up drivers, 30 plus warehouse employees and 20 staff , route set up and vehicle maintenance, P & L for my region.

PFC Furniture Manufacturing: 2001 through May 2007

Owner/Operations Manager:

Responsible for developing routes, for training and retraining of drivers, in the proper use of safe work methods and fleet maintenance. Also assisted in product development and purchasing of supplies and fabrics.

United Parcel Service: 1974 through 2000

Operations Manager:

Started as a part time material handler. Worked in several management capacities including: Package Delivery, Hub Distribution, Customer Service, Industrial Engineering, “Ground & Air” Feeder Transportation, Training & Development and Risk Management. Pacific Region H.F.C.S planning team, and North Central Region C.A.C.H. Project Team (Corporate Assignment).
