Director, Human Resources Information Systems

Director, Human Resources Information Management (1996-2007)

Responsible for managing the development and ongoing administration of the PeopleSoft Human Resources Information System to support the short and long range Human Resources goals. Analyzed and recommended modules to implement, including eApplications. Recommended new equipment or software in support of HRIS objectives. • Project Lead for the successful implementation of the eRecruit module in PeopleSoft, an automated applicant system, as well as the Resume Processing module.

Led implementation team through first phase of implementing Kronos Time and Attendance system for 8,000 employees.

• Identified appropriate locations of time clocks in 8 locations to ensure employees had access to clock in their work area

• Developed project plan resulting in the project completion being on time and within budget

Functional Analyst – PeopleSoft Implementation Team (1998-1999)

Integral part of implementation team for PeopleSoft HRMS. Responsibilities included assisting with design and development of system and ensuring accurate conversion of data from previous system.
