Since July 08: RNC /RAN Expert/technical leader – NSN Network on Mobily Project (Back Office)

Acting as the primary interface in technical issues for customer.

Perform IU flex integration and MIP integration

Monitoring and leading customer care SLA fulfilment

Monitoring and reporting customer’s live network performance

Organizing and conducting installation, commissioning, testing, and integration also acceptance test RAS06 & RU10 RNC and Flexi Node B, troubleshooting, S/W and H/W Upgrade for RNC and Node B, release upgrades (RAS06 to RU10 and RU10 to RU20).

Troubleshooting of NE in RNC, OMS, Node-B and ATM/Transmission. OMS applications configuration and troubleshooting of Data Performance send to OSS.

Responsible for Care activity & the technical support, S/W maintenance and other NW care tasks.

Perform WBTS rehoming, XML file configuration.

Collection and analysis of RU10/RU20 monitoring, fishing and UE trace macros data.

OSS Netact 5.0 applications: Software manager, CM operations manager, Top Level Interface, Network Editor, License manager, Trace viewer and Reporting suite for KPIs monitoring.

Coordination with field team engineers.

New SW release upgrade including preparation and implementation

BSC first and second line maintenance, including fault corrections, replacing faulty units.

trouble tickets with Nokia helpdesk, and the ability to deal with Electra tool, full understanding of clear codes and DX causes in DX200 environment.
