Systems Analyst 1999 - Present

Responsible for software development data reporting problem solving database administration and system support of various software packages.

* Developed a plant-wide barcode labeling system used to label product and verify accuracy of customer shipments resulting in improved shipping accuracy from 94% to 100% and reduced customer shipping complaints from twenty to zero per year.

* Designed and implemented a barcode scanning system that replaced a manual system for entering inventory transactions thus improving finished goods inventory accuracy by 10%.

* Developed and supported a work order completion and inventory receipt system used by the Hejunka runner that enabled mobile access for data entry and label printing throughout the plant using RF (radio frequency) technology.

* Created a system to calculate and track Shipping Performance as part of a "Lean Manufacturing" initiative. System provided the tools to quantify part number and customer missed shipments. It also helped to identify and resolve issues in the manufacturing process resulting in 99% on-time shipments to customers.
