Responsible for EPA issues, (water & air) permits, process improvements, and equipment. Duties include purchasing, scheduling, planning, work line-ups, repairs; manage vender contacts, cost management, Safety, employee reviews, budget and other management duties. Use Lawson, Mainsaver & Maximo programs. Safety, 5-S, Lean Mfg. Green belt program, instruction, fish bone failure analysis. 1.5million square feet, Strip Rolling facility, 26 electrical 32 mechanical and a crane repair crew to maintain 26 cranes, to 75 tons, and 2, 1 million gal. Waste water treatment facilities.

1995- 1998 Instrumental in the complete start up of the 13 Inch Bar Rolling Mill since it's shut down. As Systems Analyst, I maintained the main computer room on jobs ranging from trouble shooting main computers, peripherals and all mill drives. Supervised, assisted, & trained, electricians, mechanical and mill operations personnel in maintaining steady mill production and safety reviews. Totally involved in the change over from Westinghouse Drives to ABB Drives, (multi-million dollar project) which is a P.C. based system. Also, all peripherals connected to it. Quite instrumental in that change over. Voltages from low voltage to 13.8KV. Fiber Optic Systems, PLC controls for automotive products, screw compressors, Hyd. Elevators and more.
