CAREER HISTORY
Project Manager, NJ Schools Development
Authority, 2006 to 2011. State body that
allocated $2.9B in federal development
funding. Led design/build, ground-up and
expansion projects, constructing modern,
technically-enhanced education facilities.
Managed complex A/E, GC and IT contracts,
budgets of up to $100M, and all trade
relations.
Director of Construction & Development,
Mosaica Education, Inc., 2000 to 2006. Led
construction division of charter school
development firm. Scouted land and buildings,
working around funding delays to complete
complex facilities in record time. Won Bronze
Hard Hat Award for completion of a $6.5M
ground-up, three-story design-build contract.
Managed budgets from $40K to $6M and staff of
three.
Project Officer, NYC School Construction
Authority, 1997 to 2000. Ran NYC-funded
construction projects within five New York
City boroughs. Analyzed designs to create
projects' scope and forecast. Developed
schedules, ensuring safety, contract
fulfillment and ongoing compliance. Directed
trades, budgets up to $30M and a staff of 10.
