• Analysis: To understand the requirement of the client and suggest in what way it can be accomplished using Notes (Meeting used to be with Director of IT - Mantralaya).
• Design: Applications were solely designed by me, which included working with the structure of the database, forms, views, navigation and the way to achieve data, as for yellow pages and training information database Data gathering was done by circulating the Lotus 123 spreadsheet template and later it was imported in database.

• Implementation of Lotus SameTime online real time communication tool across all the Notes users.
Task: e-Incident Development (a Web based workflow application for Tracking the incident) viz. LANSC Web based support. It allows client to log on the Web server, authenticate user, and check the availability of number of incident remaining if available user is allowed to create a new incident doing so in backend number of transaction takes place i.e. deduction of incidence, login and activity tracking
Responsibilities:
• Design: Planning the approach of the e-incident site - screen layout, welcome screen, login screen, user validation, password changing mode layout, collaborating the input from web form to the notes document and visa-versa and various navigation aspect of the database, use of graphics to give professional look for the site.
• Coding and Designing: Prepare the layout structure and flow of the application. Writing code for the modules also used Paint Shop Pro - graphic tool for creating images for pages and form.
