Administration & Facilities Management:

Office Upkeep and Maintenance –

• Housekeeping and Office Upkeep – To ensure cleanliness of offices and maintaining hygiene at office premises

• Timely maintenance of Office equipments and infrastructure

• Timely renewals of maintenance contracts of all office utilities like lifts, AC system, Water coolers/purifiers, UPS, Office furniture, carpet, pest control, Fire Fighting system, Access control, fax/photocopy machines, LCD’s, Conferencing equipments, etc.

• Periodic evaluation of services and necessary actions on improvement of services/supplies

• Ensuring procurement and services are cost effective.

Cafeteria & Canteen Facilities:

• Menu planning on cyclic basis, includes the contents as per decided by the committee

• Hygiene and cleanliness of the desired work area and the kitchen, the washing area

• The materials inwards is being checked for the quality and the rotten food is being discarded

• The food quality is being checked before putting it in the Bain Marie, the tasting & palatable condition is being checked

• The periodic check list is being prepared in terms of raw material received; cooked food report and the feedback collected from the staff and department heads.

• The weekly menu is being circulated to departments HOD’s before finalizing

• Fortnightly meeting is being conducted with the cooking & servicing staff in order to improvise the quality and service standards.

• The proper hygiene and cleanliness of the cafeteria is being kept in term of cleaning, pest control, and maintenance of sitting arrangement

• Regular checking of the storage area is being checked and rotten food is being disposed immediately
