I was hired in Jan 2000 to implement my plan sometime in 2000. My business plan was never implemented, and I separated from the company at the end of the year.

Accomplishments:

• Initiated, developed and implemented joint call strategy to key regional accounts with Strategic Account group resulting in $500K per year growth in lease revenue.

• Turned business unit around from $6MM loss to $5.8MM pre-tax profit in 3 years.
• Assisted in designing and implementing fleet metrics which were used for purchase, maintenance and eventual disposal of our equipment.
• Increased staff productivity by 30%. Accomplished this by eliminating "silo" organization, identifying and eliminating duplicate field and backroom processes and combining our operational requirements with field procedures whenever possible.
• Reduced Customer Service expenditures by over 40% by attacking root causes and eliminating complaints. Part of the solution was resolving complaints in less than one week, down from an average of a month.
