 Responsible for training on POS and other supported systems.

 Continuously find ways to improve support to corporate and field.

 Maintain inventory levels and request re-orders to maintain par levels.

 Provide constant follow-up with the field with on-going issues until a resolution has been found.

 Utilize to maximum efficiency all support tools and resources to provide excellent support to workstations and field.

 Accurately detail all work and detailed log of all communication with the field with helpdesk system.
