HSE Inspection

• Regular Inspection of construction Site, to identify unsafe acts / conditions, render control measure to line managers and monitor for the compliance.

• Periodical inspection plants, lifting tools and tackles, power tools / hand tools, Electrical installations, overall fire protection systems and documentations. Coordinating with third party Inspection authorities and implementing color code systems.

HSE AUDITS

• Scheduling and conducting of periodic HSE audits depending upon the project requirement.

HSE TRAINING

• As a part of my responsibility as a safety officer to conceive and organize the required Mandatory HSE training to all concerned for the specific project.

• Imparting Safety induction for all employees before deployment and also in house safety training as per HSE plan.

• Organize job oriented trainings as and when required

• Maintaining HSE training matrix.

HSE MEETING

• Conducting HSE meetings for workers / supervisors / managers as per schedule, weekly and monthly to discuss all safety related issues.
