Customer Service Services

** ***** ** ******* ********** with The Bank of America. This includes experience in branch banking as well as Operations. Heavy customer service which included resolving issues for the banking customers on a one to one basis and knowing when to involve internal help from other areas of the bank. Experience within the bank included, Employee Loans, Collections,Factoring and Retirement Services. Branch banking positions included, teller, head teller, loan teller, customer service platform and ATM teller.I was also part of a Travel Team that was assigned to fourteen branches to cover for shortage in personal in the above positions.
