Customer Service
Customer service plays a big role in this job. As a front end coordinator is expected to model excellent customer service skills to employees and customers. I used customer suggestions and complaints to guarantee that the needs of the customers and employees are being met.
Hiring
I assisted in the hiring process. It was my job to make sure the front end is fully staffed at all times. I assisted in making the schedule for the front and assists in training new front end staff.

I was responsible for the staff. It was my job to address performance and personnel issues in a timely manner. I stayed informed about safety concerns affecting the staff. I was responsible for performing front end staff reviews.

Left work due to medical reasons that I finally have under control.I am a hard worker and loyal to whom I work for. Unfortunatly it took more surgeries and tooklonger than expected to recover my hearing than expected, however I have fully recovered and am eager to work again.
