Duties: I worked as a subcontractor for John Gilbert. He owned 24 rental homes in Sacramento and 2 in Los Angeles. The tasks varied but involved: drywall, HVAC, electrical, flooring, deck building and repair, roofing, finish carpentry, hardware installation, plumbing, carpentry, painting, rug installation, ceramic tile, linoleum install, concrete repair, and rough framing.
