1) Support Lead Engineer (Bill Settlement) in terms of finalizing invoices and bills from contractors.

2) Follow-up from Contracting Officer (Specifications and Tendering) and liaise with end user with regard to actual job done.

3) Tabulate actual job done report against invoice submitted and verify invoice amount.

4) Negotiate with subcontractors in case of disputes.

5) Update Service Entry into Works Order.

6) Update Project Subcontractor Summary with actual costs.
