SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

A former military officer from the Philippine Army with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and last assigned as Assistant Commandant of the Officer Candidate School, Training and Doctrine Command of the Philippine Army. An experienced infantry man and has been a part of battle campaigns against insurgents. Imparted knowledges to those individuals chosen to undertake military training by utilizing all means to produce young military officers equipped with knowledge and skills, values, physically fit and good moral character. He adhered two guiding principles; what he can do for the unit and by setting an example. Committed in accomplishing a given mission by means of understanding an individual’s role, exercise of an intelligent sense of direction, sound management and sensitivity to the personal and professional needs of an individual.
