• Associate Partner/Practice Lead with IBM Global Business Systems managing Business Intelligence and Performance Management initiatives within the Business Analytics and Optimization practice.

• Project Manager responsible for developing and implementing a competency center for business intelligence and enterprise planning. The scope of this corporate performance management project spans 93 countries and involves both on and off shore resources.

• As Vice President of Business Development grew revenue profitability by 24 percent for two Cognos Partners (Blue Line Planning and Clear Blue Technology) while acquiring key Fortune 500 Customers, including Genentech, Talecris, Omnicom, and Met Life. Signed the first multi-million dollar contract with Talecris.

• Area Vice-President and Senior Director accountable for North American Education, North American Consulting Resource Management with over 300 consultants, Customer Advocacy, and Field Administration. Cognos acquired Adaytum Inc. in January of 2003, served as the Director of North American Services responsible for their 20MM service organization. Direct reports included the Adaytum US Help Desk, US Consulting Services, and the US Education units.

• Regional Services Manager of Professional Services for Cognos Corporation, providing senior leadership for all post-sales operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Increased rendered services 267 percent and increased the sales of services 167 percent by working with sales management to position services on strategic sales opportunities, establishing and executing a services delivery plan that met customer and Cognos objectives.

• Managed Global Business Intelligence Systems and Workgroup Information Systems for Tyco Electronics, and as Technology Coordinator and Supervisor of Office Systems and Production Control for Pennsylvania Blue Shield.
