Duties incuded scheduling service appointments. Informing customer on repairs or maintenance needed for the vehicle. Follow up calls to insure customer satisfaction. Collecting payment for open invoices. Mananging one porter and two technicians and insuring they had daily tasks.

Duties were different on a daily basis. I would assist in class rooms, in the office or on the play ground. This was just a temporary job while I seeked out better employment.

Duties include daily incomming calls for failed restaurant equipment. Scheduling and daily discpatching of 27 technicians covering the entire northern part of Indiana and as far South as Peru. Customer follow up calls to insure customer satisfaction and completion of repairing the product. The company moved to a local call center in Indianapolis. It is now called GCS.
