In my first 10 yrs I was all unit draw phlebotomist, later I became data entry and specimen receiving, assistant to hard stick outpatients, assistant to front office, greet patients, phone, faxing, filing. I entered doctors orders in the computer, called for paperwork needed to fulfill tasks, copied insurance info, verify orders, find proper send out qualification for special testing, kept up with new safety, hippa,phlebotomy, take credit in-service classes. receive and process ER patients, in the timely matter 15 mins.

as well all specimens that came from the floor.

All unit draws on the floor as well as the emergency and surgery areas, process and spin blood for techs to result, assistant in out patient draws, chart results, accession blood and file reports, call doctors, and send out to reference labs. keep up with in-house training and new safety updates.

Working in the blood bank drawing donors 2 at a time, processing the blood to the techs for testing, calling donors for redraws, filing, faxing. Available, for split shift on the Mobil unit.

I worked with ATT as a customer service rep

My job duties included phone rep for billing and setups for different plans, ordering, problem solving and customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Supervised, and continued learning, in all phases, of Cell Phones and there functions. I worked in a centralized customer call in center.

I am currently and have been since 2007 disabled from a fusion on my back, I do receive SSD as of now but am allowed to work a certain amount of time with my ssd. I hope you may take in consideration that I can still do Phlebotomy with my disability, and would like to offer to work for you about 4hrs to 5hrs a day. Or allow me to be able to sit down in a draw station when needed. If my services are needed longer, I just need to sit on occasions. I will have to let SSD know of my work with you.

I am Flexible to whatever area is needed for my services. I am good at solving problems, I done very well at Florida East

With patients , in my field of medical, it would not be uncommon to have irate customers, or patients, doctors, and nurses, I have been commented on how I can calm people down. They come first and we are here to make whatever transaction of need easier for them.
