As of April 15th 2011 HSBC finance in Peterborough underwent a reallocation of resources. This reorganization created an opportunity for me to step up into a more senior role. As the senior account executive in the Peterborough Branch I am now working in the acting branch manager capacity. My current responsibilities include mentoring and training our new hires, conducting morning sales meetings, completing branch audit requirements on all mortgages and unsecured products and delivering excellent customer service. As of last month I had achieved a total sales figure of $220,000 new secured business, 100% secured insurance, 34 unsecured loans(lines of credit etc).

This program was a huge personal success story and helped me transition from university life into a full-time business professional.
