Coordinated with outsource attorney and accountant to pull all necessary legal and insurance paperwork and format an accounting system.
Handled the purchasing and accounting; setting up vendors/suppliers on contract with proper insurance and documentation to be hired. Tracked all expenses and draw checks to account for each job breakdown and various company expenses.
Handled all marketing from direct sales to print ads and trade show appearances and network marketing.
