• Responsible for land acquisition and zoning for life care retirement housing;

• Negotiated and oversaw construction and permanent financing for over 3,000 residential units and 600 nursing home beds throughout the eastern United States utilizing conventional financing, taxable bonds, and tax exempt bonds.
