- South Denver Cardiology– Analyzed staff competencies, processes and technology in place for this Cardiology Practice. Defined and directed the introduction of networking facilities allowing the integration of distinct patient, billing and demographic monitoring systems into one cohesive processing platform. Conducted staff training for use of same.

- Maguire Telecommunications – Conducted staff skills assessments and evaluated work processes in place. Proposed solution designed to effectively operate and manage large call center environment.

- Lincoln Trust Company – Performed organizational analysis and developed automated routines to allow acquisition and absorption of account base into Client’s system of record. Account Establishment, Trading and Fee Processing practices enhanced.

- Hermes Private Car – Assessed work processes in place to manage this Private Car concern. Assessed staff skill levels. Introduced revamped tools and technology to more effectively operate the business (accounting, billing and scheduling practices). Trained supporting staff on use.

- Bank of America – Directed creation of common practices team dedicated to the streamlining of all Private Client Lending activities. Managed staffing of team. Team participation in development and deployment of streamlined loan approval and processing activities.

- NationsBank/Bank of America – Served as team participant for the merger of two large, global financial concerns focusing on the ‘marriage’ of distinct loan processing platforms and accompanying Best Work Practices.

- First Union Securities – Team participation in development and deployment of automated interface between Brokerage and Trade Order Entry systems. Provided interface testing logistics and UAT.

- Matrix Advisory Solutions – Evaluated work processes, defined and developed tools designed to efficiently allow the integration of Third Party Administration (TPA) practices with Clearing and Custody back office processing systems.

- MG Advisory Services – Performed start-up of new web-enabled, e-Commerce Investment Advisory Business (JAD). Integrated business into ‘sister’ Clearing and Custodial Platforms. Compliance, AML, Business Resumption Plan Development, Training.

- Institute for Wealth Management – Conducted staff skills, organizational structure, work process and technology assessments of this Investment Advisor.
