Master Technician
I set up started and kept 15 molding machines running. I had an average of 5 employees to supervise on my shift. I also had a license and drove a forklift as needed.
Skills
My main responsibility was to keep 15 injection molding machines ranging from 165 tons to 850 tons running with cutting cycle times of processes. It was my responsibility to work out any problems occurring during a production run. I also have supervised four to six people on my shift. During my employment at Sunbeam, I was part of a set up crew. While with the set up crew our job was to set new molds, start new processes in order to obtain quality acceptable parts. I obtained forklift certifications at both Sunbeam and Nifco.
