ConRep – Conrep is an on-demand Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution designed and developed exclusively for Consulting, Staffing and Professional Services organizations. Our industry leading PSA solution delivers functional depth, extensive features, powerful analytics and seamless integration with a user-friendly interface. Various modules of the project include Client management, Employee management, placement handling, recruitment processing, hot list management, HR management etc. Features include automated invoice generation based on timesheets for consultants on placement, customizable alerts, roles & privilege management (up to field level locking mechanisms), field level history maintenance, multi-location client configurations etc.It is having different tools to automate the professionalservices.Some of the tool mentions below.

Auto Email Triggering functionality is one of the major functionality of Conrep, which sends automatic emails upon actions, based on configurations. We can see the functionality by getting emails upon adding records, deleting, and editing records. We have time based, event based email functionalities

Online Forms (Web Forms):

This is a Tool in which we can create our own web forms by giving required input type fields. In Online Forms tool we will Form Name, Label, Active, Form URL (URL path to access this page) in the Top section and in the second section we will give option to select input type fields dynamically. By executing Form URL we can get Web Forms as Output.

Summary Reports:

We can create summarized reports for selected application with selected fields as columns, and count can be shown based on aggregate functions. Records can be Sorted, Categorized (as Hierarchies), and Suppress repeating values and quick-links to navigate other reports in that application. For ex. If we need to see no. of employees in a company based on each division/department. We can use summary report to summarize the company statistics.

DSS (Document Style Sheets) &ESS (Email Style Sheets):

DSS (Document Style Sheets) :

Document Style Sheet is used to create templates. A DSS template can consists of free text and images as well as Module fields/CF/System Field, DSS, Portal, Portal Report, and Scodes.DSS design are Application Module -Each and every DSS should be associated with a module.DSS Name -Must be unique for an application through a company. Content -Can be designed with free text and images as well as Module Fields/CF/System Field DSS, Portal, Portal Report, and Scodes. Additional Content-We can include record specific reports/graphs/attachments.

ESS (Email Style Sheets) :

As its name implies, we design the content same as DSS but will be used to send through Email. They will not be included anywhere. Its usage is known and it is just to send it through email, hence all email parameters (like to, subject, Cc etc…) are given while creating. We can embed DSS which is record specific and other reports irrespective to the recipient. In additional content, we can add reports and DSS (Document Style Sheet) also.

Expenses/Salary Modules:

Expenses/Salary modules are used to maintain the salary details& expenses of an employee. Here the Salary type can be Hourly, Monthly or Yearly according to the Companies pay. Salary duration will be based on Salary Type and Salary Period. Salary module will also have the Perks Information of the Employee. An employee can’t have a same salary details with in the same dates. Salary duration will be based on Start Date and End Date. We also have Next Revision date. This date should be in between Start Date and End Date to revise the salary for the next. And Expenses are based on the placement duration. Within the placement duration, we can calculate employee expenses in this module.

Configuration Portals:

Portals are useful to make the product more user friendly, we can configure various portal contents like reports, summary reports in this module. We provided an editor to configure different reports, dashboards, charts etc.. more easily.

Support Portal:Conrep maintains separate portals for supporting clients, from this portal, we can post support tickets, and track all activities related to ticket status. Support portal also contains online tutorials, knowledgebase tutorials, and online video tutorials. And for every activity in support module we can configure automated email triggering system.

Employee/Vendor Portals: Employee/Vendor can use their private portal, rather using entire login. And he can see his own documents, own activities. This portal is also fully configured and works based on security.

Search/Advanced Search Functionality:

As its name implies, searching in reports, portals, summary reports, skills etc using search functionality based on given word.

Advanced search can search across modules, and based on configuration, security, skills AND/OR keyword. We can save/pre configure advanced searches, and adv. Search are user level security.

Login/Sessions/Auto Logout:

This functionality makes the product more secure. The session will automatically killed when the browser containing Conrep is been kept inactive for some time. Also user is being prompted by Conrep interface to login to Conrep Again. Also, the session functionality taking care of using the user once at a time. Account locking system, IP Based login functionality, License validation has been done while logging into the application.

Licensing is one of the import area for conrep product. User can only able to login if the license is valid. We in conrep, checking license while logging into application, and checking for each application access upon using conrep.
