International Ski Racing High School, graduated in class of 30 students. Traveled domestically and internationally ski racing while handling a regular course load. I competed at some of the highest levels while in high school, developing a unique work ethic in the process. This included traveling up to months at a time perfecting the ability to teach myself course work quickly. Some of that course work was tradition high school courses and included unique ones like Asian Studies and independent studies of interest. Understanding that one and a million people make it as a professional ski racer I used the free education to pursue other interests (i.e. College).

Other coursework included International Law, production of a film on the snowmobile industry in Yellowstone National Park, and internship which led to Montana Counties creating policies to better protect there rivers. I worked my way through college sometimes holding three jobs at times.

My duties included writing general environmental documents, erosion and sediment plans; and conducting storm water inspections, monitoring, and sampling of sites to provide clients with information so they can comply with state and federal environmental laws. I researched environmental laws to ensure that my clients were up to date with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. I managed 17 different sites in the San Francisco, Sacramento, and Fresno areas. These duties include advising clients on envrionmental policy and work as mediator between the federal, state, and local environmental and storm water regulators. Working to resolve disputes between reglatory agencies and the client to provide a reasonable solution to complex environmental problems. I have experience dealing with hostile and disgruntal people. I worked with civil engineering plans to produce erosion and sediment plans using AutoCAD. Most of my time was spent developing new business for the Northern California division through proactive sales and marketing. I conducted the research to find new clients and have experience cold calling and knock on doors to talk with potential clients. Many times being rejected while relentlessly persuing new clients.

At Eco SWPPP Solutions, Inc. I started the environmental consulting entity of the business. Some of the company services include erosion and sediment plans, storm water inspections, air quality plans, training, and general consulting of environmental issues. Some of the other duties include budgeting, accounting, and general managing of 30+ of employees, developing a safety program, developing a marketing program, and servicing clients. I worked with civil engineering plans to produce erosion and sediment plans using AutoCAD. I wrote and editied environmental document templetes to be used by the employees for the purpose of providing our clients documents that allow them to comply with environmental laws. While managing employees, writing documents, and general managing I was able to develop a fairly large client list in a very short period of time. The majority of my time was spent developing new clients in a difficult sale and marketing field. Not giving up and pursueing new clients while getting being rejected on a daily basis.

Provided general environmental consulting for clients to resolve environmental compliance issues. Worked on multipule 1000+ acerage projects, that were zero tolerance, due to storm water infractions in the past without any new infractions. Dealings with angery and hostile people on a daily basis, mediating between local, state, or fedreal environmental reglatory agencies to provide resolutions to environmental compliance issues. I had to work with civil engineering plans to produce storm water plans using AutoCAD.

Whitney Ranch Master Plan, Rocklin, CA- Managed 1000+ acres for Newland Communities and individual builders. I designed Storm Water Pollution Prevent Plans, 404 & 401 permits, wetland delineation for this project. Directed Newland Communities with water quality issues and worked with them to solve complex problems that this project faced. I organized builders and developer to work together to solve water quality issues.

Town Center East, El Dorado Hills, CA- Town Center East owned by the Mansour Company, is a commercial development that included wetland sensitive areas throughout the project. The project included 404 permitting, wetland delineation, wetland design, and a SWPPP. The project included a site monitoring program to ensure that it was in compliance with state regulations.

Internship-

Worked under Rivers Coordinator on various projects, including researching Montana’s counties river protection policies and compiling a comprehensive report comparing statewide river development in order to assist local governments improve protection of rivers and streams. I identified river protection policy or lack there of in the State of Montana counties sub-division policies, flood plain ordanancies, and growth policies. The report was used to persued counties and state legislature to pass policies to protect the natural resources of rivers and streams from the increase of development in the State of Montana. During the project I was asked by multipule counties to consult on rewriting their sub-division policies, floodplain ordiances, and growth policies.

Yellowstone Snowmobile Film Project, Montana State University, Bozeman, MT

Producer-

I produced a film while in college that took a non-persuasive looking into the effects of the snowmobile industry in Yellowstone National Park and surrounding town’s tourism industry. I conducted interviews on both sides of the issue. Interviewing environmental groups that claimed the snowmobiles were disturbing the wild life during the winter months. Conducted interviews of snowmobile groups and surrounding town businesses that depended on the tourism industry in the winters. The film was funded by the college and used by the college to educated individuals on the issue. I helped write the script and edit (sound and interviews) for the film. I also scheduled all of the interviews and took care of all of the logistics that are encountered when producing.

I traded equity stocks on a daily basis in the mornings as a hobby using both my capital and the company’s capital. Skills: I have three years of experienced writing and reviewing erosion and sediment plans, monitoring plans, and sampling plans. I have three years of experience reviewing and working electronically with civil engineering plans. Experience working with government agencies to develop regulations.

Activities: I grew up skiing and playing golf since I was two years of age, and enjoy them both until this day. During my years in highschool I ski raced competatively on a international level. I have competed in national championchips and high level international races as well. I also played competitive soccer, baseball, football, basketball, and windsurfing from my youth into highschool. In college I enjoyed rock and ice climbing as well as kyaking. I have climbed in many beautiful places which include Montana, Wyoming’s Wind River Range and Tetons, Utah’s Towers and Zions big walls, and California’s Yosemites big walls and high country.
