• Develop / improve the polymer grades like [NBR, SBR & Acrylic based] as per
requirement.
• Work on customer complaints and technical services to customer.
• Work on emulsion polymerization of various grades of synthetics rubber &
lattices like Carboxylated latex, styrene butadiene latex, grafting on NR Latex.
• In process trouble shooting.
• Operating the 50 kg reactor by manual charging process and 1.0 KL reactor by
DCS charging process.
• Testing of latex, finish product and NVC product.
• Complete Physical, Chemical and Raw testing of products as per specification.

aqueous solution” in poster presentation, in International Conference on
Advanced in Polymer Science and Technology (POLY-2008) organized by Asian
Polymer Association at Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, from 28th
January 2008 to 31st January 2008.
3. Presented Paper Entitled “Nickel and Copper removal study from aqueous
solution using new cationic poly[Acrylamide/N,N-DAMB/N,N-DAPB] super
absorbent hydrogel” in oral presentation, in the 27th Annual conference of Indian
