Overall pipe fitting operations. Performed air arc, Brass/Bronze Brazing, flat position. Operate manual and power pipe threaders and thread all types of pipe. Assistance with pipe and tube bending operations and equipment.

(September 2007-December 2010) 1st Class Pipe Fitter
Overall pipe fitting operations. Performed layout, running and assembly of pipes for different pipe systems such as: fire main, water systems, lubricating systems, industrial production and processing systems for navy vessels. Skillful with different type of metals: carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon nickel, nickel copper, copper. Assembly of valves, weld bands, lokring installer. Performed overall pipe fitting work. Specializing in fiber glass pipe systems, assemble and repair of these pipe lines using different epoxy compounds and repairing procedures. Testing after repairs and assemblies also performed. Duties also included general pipe fitting work with other types of pipe systems in tuck boats and cargo vessels. Burning, cutting and tack welding also part of duties on a daily basis. and testing of pipe lines including carbon steel and stainless steel among others.
