I recently graduated from Everest College’s Medical Administrative Program where I completed my externship at Branch Family Institute. While there I learned how to provide excellent customer service while greeting patients and answering phone calls. I scheduled and confirmed patient appointments as well as verified insurances. I am excited about starting my career and learning more.
