Electrical Relay control systems improvement design, programming and upgrading to PLC (programmable logic control) systems and HMI (human machine interface) systems.

o Responsible for all design concepts, drafting, machining, welding, program design and screen design for all upgraded and improved equipment.

o Responsible for all machine utilities, i.e. Water supply and plumbing, overhead draining solutions and plumbing, pneumatic power and plumbing. Electrical transmissions hook up to include. DC current 1- 100 VDC and AC current 110-477 VAC. Single phase and three phase systems.

o 2000-2012 Controls Engineering. PLC/HMI programming. Responsible for all PLC programming, HMI screen concept, design and programming. And all electrical controls budgeting, design and layout. Responsible for all new machine electrical system start up, troubleshooting, and improvement of machine efficiency.

o 2003-2008 Plant projects team. Comprised of 4 members to determine, design, and implement production and production machine cost improvement, ergonomic improvement, safety improvement and user interface improvement for all new and existing equipment plant wide.
