Bank of America is one of the world's leading financial management and advisory companies providing financial advice and investment banking services. Bank of America consolidated its worldwide Financial Applications into a single Global ERP by implementing FGI (Financials Global Initiative) project on IBM AIX servers. My role and responsibilities in this prestigious project included the following key tasks.
• Installed and configured Oracle E-Business Suite of 11.5.9 on IBM AIX Servers and performed upgrades up to 11.5.10.2 for Financial Global Initiative implementation.
• Installed and configured Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2 with CU2 on RHEL 5 & RHEL 4 with split configuration of database on 64bit node and application tiers on 32bit node as needed for China Bank POC project. This was installed with Chinese NLS Languages ZHS & ZHT (Simplified & Traditional).

Titan Industries, World's sixth largest wrist watch manufacturer was then implementing a huge migration project from its legacy systems (oracle based In-house applications) to SAP R/3 ERP applications on Digital Alpha 1200 series servers and with Oracle 7.3 database. Being a core member of this prestigious project my responsibilities and areas include,
• Strategy Analysis where AS-IS processes of the organization were mapped and documented.
• Process Designing where the fit between SAP processes and the actual requirements were studied and TO-BE processes have been formalized. Reporting/Data Transition requirements have also been identified.
• Developed enhancement cum report program for demand re-allocation from a storage location of a plant to the storage location of another plant. Also developed a report for checking the Capacity and Material Availability for a given set of production orders.
• Written several report programs which gives the WIP (Work in progress) status of the Components/Products in the Production area.
• CATT procedures for upload of Work center and BDC programs for upload of standard text key, Class and classification data was also developed.
