Ten years design-build engineering experience having worked on teams building 3 MGD waste water treatment plants, lift stations for raw sewage, and design studies including preliminary drawing sets for ninety miles of sixty-inch potable water transmission lines.

Proficient in trigonometry, geometry, and hydrology. Operates CNC machine, manual three-axis mill, and lathe. Proficient with fine measuring tools, reading blueprints, and able to translate them into the finished parts.

CNC operator, loaded slug into jigs and fixtures, and installed new tooling if tooling failed. Checked code and programming for failures or errors in tool pathing, speeds and feeds or appropriate tool for appropriate material. Cut raw stock into slug, both ferric and non-ferric alloys. Made sure that material was right ISO number for job and machine. Used both analog and digital fine measurement tools for quality control of parts. Majority of client base was military contracts. Worked in conjunction with engineers from start to finish new water treatment facility for the City of Northglenn, Colorado. The old system couldn’t meet effluent ammonia criteria. The new facility treats wastewater with lagoons that discharge into the Bull Reservoir and Big Dry Creek. It is designed for an average flow of 4.5 MGD. It nitrifies, denitrifies, and removes biological phosphorus using three-stage biological nutrient removal (BNR) activated sludge. Handled all aspects of creating and maintaining drawings for all disciplines. Responsible for quality control.
