Worked for Toll International LLC as Project Management Consultant, using Primavera Project Manager P6, Expedition and Microsoft Office Tools. Toll International LLC are the project management consultant to Port Authority NY/NJ for providing Project Management assistance for their major capital construction projects in New York and New Jersey. Detail plan were developed for all phases and monitored for progress of work. Developed coding structure like activity codes & WBS for grouping and filtering activities, different work pattern were represented by using Calendars. Developed resource distribution for analyzing availability of resources and for cash flow and generated progress reports and critical path analysis.

Updated project after receiving status for activities and recovery schedule were also developed to meet deadlines.

Used Expedition for RFI's, correspondence, submittals and issues. Also tracked outstanding documents by generating reports for open items on a regular basis. Documents were also linked to issues which allowed the team to track issues and their corresponding documents. Also familiar with cost work sheet in Expedition which is used for tracking budget, actual cost including payment requisitions and cost at completion.

Involved in the development of a comprehensive package designed to automate all office procedures needed for the Purchase Department. The concerned module deals with the checking and checkout information occurred in various departments to make the needed purchase. The commendable features include decision making support for inquiring suppliers, comparing quotations, preparing final quotations. The company has different types of raw materials utilized, and the production of these raw materials include Rubber Gaskets, Copperwire PVC insulated, Electrolytes etc. The standalone feature of this module is the flexibility of the package for the user with respect to various demands. Responsibilites included using Triggers, PL/SQL Procedures, Packages to develop all the maintenance needed for the development of the task needed. Interviews, Observations, Discussions. Also used Primavera P3 to plan and monitor the development of the module.

The proposed system is completely menu driven. Datafields are in the normalized form there by avoiding data redundancy. Utilized Primavera P3 to plan and monitor development of the package.

As a member of a project team of software professionals, this package enumerates the personal information regarding the employees in the organization. The entire package consists of three modules and each module is properly done with all possible information. The software keeps the details of all employees including attendance, number of leaves taken (casual, half day, sick leave) including loss of pay, their shift change etc. The results produced by this application are utilized for calculating salary of the employees. This software is user interactive and minimizes and the data entry to avoid human errors. Planned and monitored package development with Primavera scheduling software.

Raw Material Inventory System

The Raw Material Inventory System is designed to control and co-ordinate the activities occurring in finished goods or being stored in the Materials Department. The task entrusted to me was to first study the manual procedure going on in the concerned departments, then design the database and the software needed to accomplish the different activities. If degeneration occurs to the materials that are stored in the store then it is again taken back to the store with needed information. If stock then the software is possible to make the needed quotation. Properties such as unexcitable user inputs should not be accepted and error messages should be displayed if needed. Redundancy is avoided. It is proposed to make the new system extremely with well designed screens and limited outputs and maximum information as output. Primavera scheduling software was used to plan and control the development of the system.
