Maintain Senior Manager and Leads schedules, coordinate meetings for program, compile Weekly Activity Report, review and maintain Timecard Logs and Actuals, POC for all safety issues, maintenance, vending, and miscellaneous issues for the Engineering Development Center. Key Results:

Facilitate travel provisions and cancellations as requested in a timely and efficient manner for the Senior Mgr and Leads. Implement and ensure the completion of Travel Authorization Request prior to traveling. Initiate and review expense reports for submittal and approval to Program Mgr and to Senior Mgr.

Compile labor hours from Finance Pivot Table on a weekly basis for various departments. Produce pivot table views of regular time, paid overtime and casual overtime. Incorporate info into metric charts showing total annual paid overtime, casual overtime & personal time per FTE worked. Update Variant Analysis Report explanations from redlines initiated by the Senior Mgr monthly. Support Senior Mgr & Leads by assisting compiling the In Staff Working Plan in an effort to maintain budget controls.

Diligently collect and review departmental reports on a weekly basis to be compiled and submitted as the CSM Structures Weekly Activity Report.

Established Safety Con Ops for the Engineering Development Center (EDC). Acting Safety Coordinator for the EDC. Report all hazardous and safety issues promptly to Safety and Facilities. Promote a safe work environment by conducting previous month Safety briefings with the Safety Monitor monthly. Coordinate current month Safety briefings with Safety Monitor and Snr Mgr to discuss findings and initiate solutions. Track, maintain and distribute safety tracking log to Snr Mgr, Safety, and Facilities. Follow-up on unresolved issues. Maintain, distribute and post EDC Emergency Safety Information and Contact Numbers.

Ensure new hires, job shoppers & transitioned employees acquire an assigned desk, computer, and phone. Maintain and arrange current seating assignments and phone listing. Initiate request for non-EDC personnel requesting wireless internet access. Point of contact to report issues for SRSA, STAR A/C, ABM Janitorial, Kentwood Water, Dial One Franklin Pest Control and Vending Machine Services. Maintain vigilance over housekeeper and duties.
