• Involved with all managerial activities of a startup company including, recruiting, systems design and sourcing of equipment.
• Managed and implemented a new client-server EDI CRM system – Sage Mass 200 and a transport and logistics system -TMS. The system is now procuring over 2500 transactions a month.
• The development work was on creating Maps which includes different kinds of Mapping (EDIFACT,X12,XML) and different kinds of EDI/X12 transactions such as Order, Invoice, Order Changes, Forecast, Shipment Notification etc.
• Coordinated testing of new interfaces with different retailers using Mapadoc EDI software using Sterling Commerce.

• Managed the EDI system reporting directly to the CIO of the company. Duties included setting up the production and development environments, developing maps, processing, monitoring and troubleshooting the system.

• Systems liaison for large retail clients including JC Penney, Wal-Mart, Federated and Kohl’s.
• Installed, configured, maintained and monitored various systems including, GXS Enterprise System, Retail Link AS2, FTP, Cleo Lexicom Inovis, Edisim Analyzer, Document Builder and Web methods.
• Modified and updated generic maps written to support day-to-day VAN operations. These include, ANSI X12, AS2, EDIFACT,XML, VICS, 210, 214, 810, 832, 846, 850, 852, 855 and 856.
