Also performed some equipment installation(radars, r/t, control/relay panels with receiving RF antennas) while redesigning relay/resistor enclosure boxes by reducing the size because of space issues as well as designing a new door mechanism and door assembly for future production aircraft. Also had tasks of doing interiors and composite work using fibersim on the MH-60S AMCM program and duties also were to designed new interior ceilings for MH-60S as well. Heavy involvement with composites (Ex: fiberglass, Kevlar, nomex and honeycomb core) and surfacing. Job responsibility also involved with tooling after producing fibersim data to create tool for parts for installation on a/c.
