General Manager of 110 upscale all-suite extended stay hotel.

•Achieved and maintained STAR Ranking 1 or 7 in comp set in all categories through effective building of sales accounts to maximize corporate market segment, group market segment and transient business.

•Developed extended stay corporate accounts through business partnerships to achieve a 5+ night base business to account for 53% of business mix maximizing revenues on shoulder nights.

•Achieved Trip Advisor ranking of 2 of 65 hotels in the Greenville hotel market.

Directed the daily operations of the rooms division for a $10.0 Million, 256 room hotel, 12,000 sq.ft. of meeting space.

•Assistant General Manager/ Acting General Manager in absence of GM performing corporate responsibilities, travel and ownership obligations.

•Managed Executive Committee members; F&B Director, Human Resources Director, Property Accountant & Director of Engineering.
