I am an accomplished Administrative professional with over 15 years of experience managing office operations, business relations and special projects at the senior level. I am a highly organized, customer focused professional with a high degree of integrity, maturity and proven results. My experiences cover all aspects of managing an office and supporting staff. My knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, strong communication and coordination has helped me to provide excellent administrative support to senior managers and executives.

My experience in office support includes executive time management, daily meeting and calendar scheduling, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, invoicing, payroll, ordering supplies, generating weekly reports, handling heavy telephones and providing information to visitors, maintaining office equipment, outside vendor contact, preparation of new hire documents, special projects and special events. I am extremely flexible and can effectively respond to changing priorities, deadlines and schedules.

My technical skills include Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word), Lotus Notes, Expense Management Software, Travel Database, Orion, Siebel, Access, Adobe, Visio and Internet Research. I am able to learn company software and take direction very well.
