I designed and instituted all bid, buy and turnover procedures for Stein Construction. I was responsible to oversee the assembly of all bids, approved all proposals before submission and evaluated and approved all contracts before execution. I created and maintained a master sub database, bid log and estimating calendar. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities I assembled hard bids and budgets for all vertical industrial work.

Specific Estimator duties included building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and presenting conceptual & schematic estimates, performing take-off pricing, assembly of bids for general contract and prime trades projects, setting up successfully bid and negotiated work and support services to project mangers for said work.
