I developed and implemented estimating process and organizational systems. I prepared scopes of work and assembled structural steel and miscellaneous metals hard bid proposals. I performed project engineer functions including, but not limited to processing submittals, ordering materials and preparing shipping tickets.

I developed and implemented new estimating process and procedures starting from the obtainment of projects to bid through turnover to operations. I designed and instituted all bid, buy and turnover procedures for Stein Construction. I was responsible to oversee the assembly of all bids, approved all proposals before submission and evaluated and approved all contracts before execution. I created and maintained a master sub database, bid log and estimating calendar. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities I assembled hard bids and budgets for all vertical industrial work.
