Key Responsibilities:

Validation and Standardisation of the assays, and screening of compounds in collaborative projects.

Screening of the compounds to identify PARP-1 inhibitors that selectively kill BRCA -/- cells and also with purified PARP enzymes in SPA assay using 3H NAD radioligand.

Established a panel of off target assays such as Tankyrase-1, vPARP, PARP-2 in cancer project.

Developed cAMP functional assay for overactive bladder in human beta3 adrenoreceptor using TR-FRET technology.

Successfully established a panel of off target assays to determine the cAMP in Human beta1 and Human beta2 adrenoreceptor using TR-FRET technology.

Analysis of Data, Uploading the data at the Client site, communicating with the client and presenting the same on a weekly basis.
