Defined and documented a majority of the users data and reporting requirements

Defined, designed, and specified Legacy conversion process to convert transaction data including Order header and detail lines, communications history and inquiry history

Project: Dynamic Wireless being a chain of cell phone stores across United States, my role in this company was to give my IT support towards their networking and communicating with the head office located in Dallas, Tx.

-This project also involved online support as per on their company website, live chat and customer queries.

-Used HTML & PHP programming to accomplish the enhancements to create high level customer support.

-Created table and structures in mySql database in order to save information and extraction on the store front.
