Imaging Administrator
• I started with 1 satellite site MRI, and the Main site being upgraded. We grew patient volume over 125% in the first year.
• Within the first 4 months of coming to Hinsdale Ortho, I had to be sure we set up an ACR accreditation program, as they had let it lapse. I passed both sites within the first 5 months.
• I was asked to take on the control of Radiology, over their team leader, as well as Dexa. I am in charge of all Capital X-ray equipment, performing site visits to procure new X-ray Equipment for our newest facility in Naperville, IL.
• Developed standard operating procedures, assembled a Policy and Procedure Manual for 3 different modalities, X-ray, MRI, and Dexa.
• Executed all the procurement of equipment and materials, bidding, contractual negotiations, as well as project management timelines.
• Opened third MRI site, in Feb. 2007.
• Laboriously involved with the implementation of PAC’s system in our facilities. Performed initial ground work, recommendations, and worked with IT to develop it, and have it successfully running at all sites.
• Work professionally with the Physicians, and team members.
