Anniversary Luncheon (New York, NY): Managed a 80- person luncheon for Deutsche Bank employees (Vice President – Managing Director) hosted by CEO; negotiations with venue, created registration website, managed attendee lists, décor and menu design, on-site execution including management of fellow team members and staff.
Meet the Managers Golf Event (Norton, MA): Organized a 60- person golf event for our food industry sales department; responsibilities included: negotiations with venue, suite construction and design, maintaining a $35k budget, tee-time and foursome selection, themed menu selection, managing fellow team members and staff, and on-site execution.
CIB Summer Analyst Networking Reception (New York, NY): Managed a 300-person cocktail reception for HR’s summer analysts interns; negotiations with venue, created registration website, managed attendee lists, décor and menu design, on-site execution including management of fellow team members and staff.
Set up in-house visits for outside vendors.
Maintain vacation and staffing calendar for department.
Onboard new employees.
Train newly hired staff on policy and procedures for small client events.
