• Instrumental in the development of Construction / Renovation: Ball park / Sports area renovation; ADA compliance; the writing of standard OSHA standards; Hospitality new / renovated construction; Implementation of documentation and background checks; Written Company policy handbooks; and the DIRECT access to a corporate Call Center.

• Direct supervision over a $5.5 million complete interior renovation of the Wichita Marriott; bringing the project under the projected plan by $164,545, ahead of the approved time-action calendar, while the hotel remained opened to customers in 2006.

• Direct supervision over an $185,000 complete interior FF&E renovation and liquidation of the Wichita Hyatt in 2004, during the Thanksgiving through New Years period, while the hotel remained open, ahead of schedule and on budget.

• Established & managed a total floor maintenance service program, from supervision, labor, supplies, and equipment for 65 Gordmans stores throughout the Midwest for 7+ years.

• Implementation of a 10 hour Safety Certification program for all PETRA field managers through the cooperation of the Nationalwide/Allied Insurance Company via their website.

• Coordination of ground up construction of 2 new ValuePlace Extended Stay hotels with the recruiting of trade independent contractors ranging from general contractors, framers, painters, plumbers, HVAC, concrete workers, to post-construction cleaners in Indiana and Ohio in 2008.

Building One Service Solutions (Encompass) – Atlanta, GA April 94 – April 01

• Total profit/loss responsibility, operational control, risk management, and human resources functions for a facility management division, doing $450 million within a $4+ billion corporation.

• Coordination of “roll-up” negotiations with prospective companies doing $3 million to $50 million in annual revenues resulting in the establishment of a publically traded company under the symbol of BOSS.

• Implementation of a national “welfare-to-work” partnership to augment labor needs with DOL.

• Responsible for the utilization of the Diversity Visa Lottery (DVL) program within the division for supplementation of labor with documented overseas workers on the approved country list from the State department while traveling from Poland to Scotland in Europe over 3+ years.

• Negotiation of an equipment/chemical training and trade-in program with key vendors that resulted in an annual savings of over $5+ million in capital expenditures.
