From September 2008 to till date . Jaypee Gujarat Cement Plant, Kutch Gujarat (Unit of JAYPEE GROUP) 35 MW Captive Power Plant. C.F.B.C. Steam Boiler 170 T.P.H. , TKIIL Make and Turbine SIEMENS make.

• 22.5 MW Captive Power Plant. A.F.B.C. Steam Boiler 110 T.P.H. , I.J.T. Make and Turbine SIEMENS make .

Taken Work Responsibility:-

• Involvements in Erection & Commissioning of 35 MW Power Plant (170TPH, 87 ATA C.F.B.C. Steam Boiler, Pressure parts, Refractory, Radiography), CHP, ESP.

• Erection & Commissioning of Steam Turbine make SIEMENS 35 MW, 84 ata, 510 DEGC, 3nos Bleed .

• As a Desk Engineer Operate the 35 MW system, with maximum efficiency.

• Cold start up, Hot start up, Warm start up, Normal Operation, Emergency Handling and safe Shut Down of unit.

• Line up of the unit and its auxiliaries, changeover of equipments ,Routine Testing.

• Responsible for planning of Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance .

• Air Cooled Condenser Paharpur Make.

• Involvement in Fuel Handling system (CHP).

• Issue and Cancellation of Permit to Work .

• Preparing of MIS Report, Efficiency Monitoring .

• As a Desk Engineer Operate the (35 + 22.5) MW system, to maximum efficiency.

• Involvement in Fuel Handling system ( CHP) and General Maintenance work of Reversible and Hammer type Impector, Flip flow Vibrating Screen, Belt Conveyor, Bucket Elevator Bag filters etc.

• Operation of high pressure Bagasse Fire steam boiler. ( 120 TPH, 87 ata Pressure) with 20.25 MW Shin Nippon Turbine 84 ata .

• Responsible for planning of Preventive Maintenance of BFP, Induced draught Cooling Tower, Water Cooled Condenser ,Compressor, Ash Handling System .

• Operation of high pressure 84 ata, A.F.B.C. steam boiler. ( Coal Fired and Rice Husk Fired.)

• Regular inspection. Monitoring, and Data collection of TURBINE.

• Preventive Maintenance Of Air Cooled Screw Type Compressor And Water Cooled receprocative type compressor.

• Water Treatment Unit Parameter Monitoring .(Boiler Feed Water, Auxiliary Cooling Water ,cooling Tower )

• Steel Fabrication (piping), Different types of Pipe line networking and Fabrication work. (water line, SS line, Steam Line, Thermal oil line with fittings works like Globe valve, Ball Valve, Gate Valve, Butterfly Valve, Steam trap etc.

• (iii) As a Engineer From Jan2006 to March 2007 in Shri Laxmi Cotsyn Ltd. (Fatehpur U.P.) .

7.2 MW (CO-GEN) Power Plant (AFBC 45 TPH Boiler, IBL make).

• (IV) As a Jr. Engineer From February 2004 to December2005in Vamshi chemicals Ltd. (BARABANKI U.P. ) Utility.(Boiler and Thermal Oil Heater )

• (v) One year as supervisor at NARORA ATOMIC POWER STATION, Narora, Distt. Bulandshahar ( U.P.) from January 2003 to December 2003. (through M/S Ganga Enterprises, Narora Bulandshahar).

Work Responsibility in N.A.P.S. –

• Maintenance work of different types of Nuclear System related Mech. instruments like Ram assembly, Fuel Handling System, Spend Fuel Transfer Vehicle, M.V.D., different types of pump and valves. I mostly involved in BARCIS Work.
