Sales / Operations: Ryder - Grew total market share from 15th in the United States to 10th and increased profitability from 16th to 6th. Real estate sales were +2% in 2007 in a market that was -8%, +39.8% in 2008 in a market that was -34.8%, even in 2009 and 2010. Restaurant General Manager: Franchise Associates - Increased market share at over 12 locations. Ryder - Supervised # 1 market area in the Midwest Region.

Transportation: Overhauled the Maintenance Department of Ryder Truck Rental. As Project Manager my team saved the company $3.1 million in 6 months making countless internal operational changes with over $10 million saved by the end of year one.
Restaurant GM & Trouble Shooter: Turned around multiple locations. I was assigned the most challenging high volume restaurants to fix with regards to sales and profits. Introduced operational improvements that became company wide policies and procedures.

Supervised operations of 2 corporate stores and 48 Independent Ryder Dealers. Promoted to Region Market Manager after 6 month special assignment as Project Manager in Denver, CO. Captured lions share of the business in the Twin Cities market using new technologies that were applied to this industry for the first time.
