Managed over 125 application experts in all application recovery plan development and execution of test within the enterprise wide recovery test. 200+ technical employees in all planning aspects to execute Mainframe and Distributed Integrated test and
Managed disaster recovery team which consisted of 7 platform recovery specialists. Guided them through development of infrastructure recovery plans and annual testing of completed plans.
