Managed over 125 application experts in all application recovery plan development and execution of test within the enterprise wide recovery test. 200+ technical employees in all planning aspects to execute Mainframe and Distributed Integrated test and

Managed disaster recovery team which consisted of 7 platform recovery specialists. Guided them through development of infrastructure recovery plans and annual testing of completed plans. Spokesperson to continuity planning, lines of business, and senior management on progress of building viable recovery solutions to minimize risk exposure to the corporate footprint.

• Collaborated with General Manager to define additional technical roles required to support disaster recovery.

• Participated in hiring additional infrastructure resources to support disaster recovery. (LAN, WAN, Midrange, Mainframe, Ecommerce, Desktop and Voice platforms).

• Developed over 32 standard processes for the planning and execution of tests, including third party tests to comply with federal regulatory requirements.

• Developed, organized, communicated and executed new test processes for quarterly internal platform tests with lines of business.

• Migrated corporation to paperless web environment for use by technology and business resources during internal and external recovery tests. Employees could now go to one location to educate themselves on disaster recovery.
