Responsible for all live-fire project of a 5-year, fixed price contract providing urban operations training systems for the US Marine Corps. Program management of total program life cycle execution (Cradle to grave); Beginning with creation of a program management plan that adheres to program key performance parameters; clearly defining program requirements from scope / statement of work and specifications, and establishing engineering and configuration baseline engineering drawings and documents through participation in design review meetings.
