Responsible for all live-fire project of a 5-year, fixed price contract providing urban operations training systems for the US Marine Corps. Subject Matter Expert for all aspects of program dealing with firing of ballistic projectiles in various structures utilizing multiple technologies. Responsible for $895 million dollar, 5-year fixed price contract providing urban operations training systems for the US Marine Corps. Program management of total program life cycle execution (Cradle to grave); Beginning with creation of a program management plan that adheres to program key performance parameters; clearly defining program requirements from scope / statement of work and specifications, and establishing engineering and configuration baseline engineering drawings and documents through participation in design review meetings.

Managed program design, development and engineering efforts. Led cross-functional integrated product teams consisting of various disciplines to create unique solutions to varying challenges. Managed the execution of integrated testing, quality assurance and control, product and systems integration, installation, customer acceptance, and program closeouts.
