PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure 100% attainment of production output against plan.

- Compute / summarize sectional monthly production plan

- Compute man-hour plan and manpower requirement based on target man-hour per pc.

- Compute consumables needed as per monthly production plan.

- Prepare daily production schedule per section.

- Instruct production head/lead man regarding daily production plan

- Monitor daily output performance and formulate catch up plan for non-attainment.

- Summarize production report ( weekly and monthly basis )

- Inform / coordinate with concerned departments in case of 4M’s affecting production operation

through established information sheet form.

- Inform manufacturing manager immediately whenever uncontrollable problems occur which

may result to customer dissatisfaction.

- Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedure and Parameters are properly implemented and performed.

Promote productivity improvement activities such as QCC, SGA, 5’S and TPM.

Appoint production OIC in the day of absence.

Maintain good housekeeping within the area of responsibility.

Extend working time whenever needed.

Perform other duties may be assign from time to time.

QUALITY CONTROL HEAD

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Counter checking and ensuring that incoming product or material is not used or processed unless verified and validated by incoming inspector.

- Informed concerned function in case of non-conformity as stipulated in the trouble flow procedures.

- Prepare monthly reports about daily rejection and return products.

- Check all evaluation report being endorsed by Q.C. inspectors regarding product conformance.

- Receive all delivery schedule from marketing and designate to assigned Q.C. inspector for PDI preparation before the delivery date.

- Handle problems regarding customer claim / feedback and make necessary action.

- Coordinate with Dev't. Eng'r. regarding the change and revision in product and monitor during sample making.

- Monitoring and checking of sample during development stage.

- Counter checking of Finished Goods Transmittal ( FGT ) before transferring to Warehouse.

- To provide work for other as may be assigned from time to time.

- Establish and maintain quality records w/c provide evidence that the product has been inspected and tested.

- To extend work time whenever needed.

- To Maintain Harmonious Working Relationship within his / her dept. and other department as well

- Perform other jobs that may be assigned by his / her superior.
