Lead 22 associates in high volume single piece flow production workshop producing 250k components per month.

• Utilized Bosch Production Systems, Lean Manufacturing Systems; implemented Total Preventive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance in SAP and diagnosed machine problems also coordinate machine set – ups and changeovers to meet production schedules.

• Lead and engaged a High Performance Team of production associates that realized scarp improvements of 15% indirect materials reduction of 8% and increased first time yield by 3% over two quarter period of time and reduced overtime by 12%.
